When using any silk comforters it is highly recommended to use a removable duvet cover for protection and care. The use of a cover is also required under the term of the warranty.

Duvet covers come in a variety of style and colors and can be used as a decorative accessory and color coordinated to match any bedroom, blanket, curtain or top sheet.

With proper care, and the use of a duvet cover, a silk comforter can have a life expectancy equal to down , wool, or synthetic materials lasting from 10-15 years. An occasional spot cleaning and a good airing out is all that is required.
